Each party gets a personal reading link, reviews the report section by section, leaves comments and approves. You see every comment in exactly the right place in the report. Free, without an account for participants, in a neutral environment via Docreview.be.
Legally valid digital signing
Send the report for signing by e-mail, in your office's name, or have it signed on the spot on your tablet. Each signer signs with a regular digital signature, an SMS code or itsme. For 1 token per round, plus 1 token per itsme signer.
Translate the finished report
Tenant and landlord speak different languages? Translate the entire report with one click and give each party a reading version in their own language. From 1 token per translation; updating a translation is free.
For reviews we partner with Docreview.be, in a neutral environment: participants see no mention of ImmoHabits anywhere. Your office logo appears in the invitation e-mail and at the top of the review page.

Every report needs to be accurate, but also clear, consistent and usable. You choose whether it is written from the tenant's, the landlord's or a neutral perspective, so the tone and focus match your file.
We rebuild your existing Word report once as a template. From then on every condition report comes out of it automatically: filled in, formatted and ready to send, with your logo on the cover instead of ours.
Meter readings and appliances
Meter reading, type, serial number and OBIS and EAN codes are read from the photo automatically, and built-in appliances are recognized, including the brand.
Multilingual
Create reports in Dutch, French, English, German or Spanish, and afterwards translate a finished report into another language with one click. Jargon translated correctly, without separate translation work.
