ImmoHabits is a Belgian company from Limburg that makes property condition reports easier, without you losing control. AI takes over the repetitive writing; you keep final control over every report.
With more than 400 users and over 9,000 generated reports, ImmoHabits is the reference for automated property condition reports.
Why we build this
Because inspection reports often take too much time for what they need to do
A good inspection report must be clear, complete and usable. In practice, a lot of time goes into organising photos, writing out spaces, describing damage, formatting reports and searching for evidence again afterwards.
ImmoHabits starts from that problem. We launched in 2025 with the ambition to give real estate professionals a faster and better alternative to the manual writing behind inspection reports.
